We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts within the education sector. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing the current client portfolio while actively seeking new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the education industry, with proven success in business development and client relationship management. The Sales Executive will report directly to the CEO and will play a crucial role in the company's growth strategy. This role does not include team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and ongoing business renewal.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector, expanding the company's client base and market presence.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company goals, working closely with the CEO to align business objectives and sales initiatives.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with both new and existing clients to secure long-term partnerships and favorable terms.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Education Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the education industry, with a strong understanding of the sector’s dynamics.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, renewing client contracts, and securing new business.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach, able to build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and develop business opportunities that align with company growth goals.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, taking initiative to drive results without the need for direct supervision.
  • Collaboration Skills: Willingness to work closely with the CEO and other key leaders in the organization to shape and execute the company’s sales strategy.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Strong negotiation skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
