Strong visual communication skills: You can communicate effectively through visual media. This includes being able to create clear, visually appealing layouts and designs that convey a specific message or concept.

Conversion-centered design: You are familiar with persuasive design techniques in marketing to drive user conversion and comfortable in optimizing your design output to achieve the desired goals.

Proficiency in design software: You are proficient in a variety of design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), as well as other tools like Sketch and Canva. Knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus.

Strong communication skills: Joining a diverse, English-speaking team, you need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders in order to understand needs and preferences and to deliver work that meets everyone’s expectations.

As this role covers a wide range of graphic design responsibilities, we may consider candidates who have some, but not all, of the desired skills we are looking for. If you do not meet all of the listed qualifications, please highlight any relevant skills or experiences that you do have in your application, as well as explain why you are still interested in the position and why you believe you would be a good fit for the role.
