This position requires someone who can articulate value, build relationships, and increase customer engagement to ensure maximum satisfaction and potential for additional purchases. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales experience, project management skills, and a structured approach to handling client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, project deliveries, and any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure successful project execution.
  • Implement structured processes for managing client interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to add value to client accounts, enhancing engagement and driving long-term success.
  • Foster trust and alignment with clients, indirectly driving further growth opportunities for the company.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales or customer success.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering projects successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. A second European language is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.
  • Resilience and the ability to manage high volumes of communication and client inquiries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an intuitive understanding of client needs and dynamics.
  • Capable of staying calm and composed under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
  • Available to go to the office in Central Stockholm
